Shipping & Returns

For the following shipping packaging and freight costs will be charged a flat rate:

Cash on delivery Postage + 4,40€ Cash on delivery charge on request

Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 4 working days. Usually we produce to order. This means that we manufacture your product only after we receive your payment, and therefore need a delivery time of up to 4 working days. This course does not apply if the goods are already produced and in stock.

Payment
You have the option to pay a secure payment via Pay Pal, in advance (banktransfer) or by cash on delivery. For existing customers we send the goods on account (on request). All invoices of the company tyyp - Büro für Design are immediately due upon receipt of goods. Decisive is the date of receipt of the invoice to the customer.

Return Policy
You can return the goods without giving reasons within 14 days by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing (eg. letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) before and not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Sections 1 and 2 draft Law and our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 BGB. Only if not shipped by parcel (eg. bulky goods) you can declare the return by the withdrawal request in written form. To meet the deadline, the timely dispatch of the goods or the withdrawal request.
